Methvern Hot Air Ballooning - Aoraki Balloon Safaris - 21st April 2012
Hi There, 
Have you ever thought about going Hot Air Ballooning? What a great experience!
Well you know being a Professional Photographer... my Wife Sarah is always asking me to take photos of our 3 month old baby daughter Grace and yes it was Easter so I thought I would make it an Easter themed photo.
Just after we had printed some out I saw a notice in the Christchurch Mainland Press to send in your Easter Holiday snaps for a chance to win a double pass to fly on Aoraki Balloon Safaris....Well yes we WON!
Sarah had been before in Bath, England and someone had to baby sit so lucky for my best man Kyle, he got to fly.
It was especially fun trying to land the Hot Air Balloon on Kyle's Farm in Staverley 20 minutes from Methvern and yes we made it.
It was lucky for Kyle because every time the Balloon lands on your Farm you receive a Bottle of Champagne.
I got some stunning shots of the whole experence,
